• Location data while you use the app for pickup, routing, and live trip tracking
• Trip history, fare estimates, offers, and support messages
• Driver registration documents such as CNIC images, license images, and vehicle details when a user registers as a driver
• Device and technical logs needed to keep the service secure and reliable

3. Why we use data

• Create and manage rider and driver accounts
• Match rides, show maps, calculate routes, and complete trips
• Process wallet top-ups and related payment status for drivers
• Verify driver identity and vehicle information
• Provide customer support and improve safety and service quality
• Meet legal and regulatory obligations in Pakistan

4. Sharing

We share trip-related details with the other party in a ride (rider or driver) as needed to complete the trip. We may use trusted processors for hosting, maps, messaging, and payments. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention and security

We keep account and trip records for as long as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. We use access controls and encrypted transport to protect data in transit.
